Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may be delivered on weekends or holidays within a restricted delivery area.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Mele's Gifts and Party Planning ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Mele's Gifts and Party Planning is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.


If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Are the baskets pictured different from what I will receive?
    Each basket is custom created to order and will not be an exact replica of the photo.
  • What type of events do you offer?
    We love all types of celebrations such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, girl's day, etc. My goal is create an enjoyable experience for all.
  • What is the delivery fee?
    The delivery fee is based off of location and price of the gift item. We hand deliver locally as well as ship via UPS, USPS and Fedex.
  • What are the prices of your baskets?
    Each basket is custom created for each customer. The basket is priced according to the items selected to be included.
  • Are your baskets pre made?
    All baskets and gift items are custom made when you place your order. This ensures that all items are fresh and made to your liking.
